The GBS Payroll Administrative Assistant works with UPS payroll systems, exercises math skills and 10-key skills, and uses Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supports payroll processes
  • Maintains confidentiality of payroll information

Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong mathskills and 10-key calculator skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to create and run large queries using Microsoft Office
  • Prior payroll experience
  • Flexible schedulewith availability for some weekends and holidays as business needs change
  • Possessa working knowledge of union contractual language and non-union wage plans - Preferred
