The UPS Store locations offer retail products and services designed to help your businesses operate more efficiently. The Corporate Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the department that manages The UPS Store Corporate business accounts. He/She supports the regional account managers, corporate account representatives, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Accepts calls from Franchisees, consumers, & Fortune 100 Companies on Corporate Retail Solutions programs
  • Resolves customer requests, questions, and complaints on accounts in a timely manner
  • Manages multiple accounts and phone calls efficiently
  • Works with accounting department to set up new accounts
  • Maintains records and prepares reports
  • Assesses research center payment issues and billing discrepancies
  • Completes account related financial transactions such as providing invoices, billing details, and credit memos
  • Conducts audit research to ensure accuracy of billing information
  • Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience providing service on multiple accounts
  • Ability to analyze account data and draw conclusions
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field - Preferred
