The Package Process Management (PPM) Project Supervisor provides support and enhancements to existing and new operations systemsto ensure projects are aligned with the corporate strategy. He/She gathers business requirements, initiates feasibility studies, and maintainsdata for the project's life cycle. The PPM Project Supervisor serves as liaison between stakeholders, software developers, and end users.
The PPM Project Supervisor creates and develops functional design requirements (e.g., user acceptance test [UAT] scripts, UAT lab testingfor PFT, DIAD/DCS, ODSe, and ORION. He/She works directly with the IT team and initiative sponsors to gather requirements, design, test,and deploy Package Flow Technology to the package centers. The PPM Project Supervisor updates user manuals to ensure functionality datais current and conducts application training to provide end users and management with information on the systems' functionality.
